These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Funnelseye platform, including all software, websites, applications, AI tools, dashboards, and services provided under Funnelseye and 10XShape, operated by Cohtrix Empire International.

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1. Platform Description

Funnelseye is a multi-tenant SaaS platform providing CRM, marketing automation, AI-powered agents, messaging tools, analytics, payment systems, downline management, and digital coaching infrastructure.

2. User Roles

• Admin: Platform owner with full system control.
• Coach: Independent business users utilizing the platform.
• Employee: Authorized support staff with role-based access.
• Customer: End users receiving coaching programs.

3. Account Registration & Responsibility

• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
• All activities under your account are your responsibility.
• Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred without permission.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or misleading activities.
• Upload harmful, abusive, misleading, or infringing content.
• Spam, harass, or misuse WhatsApp, SMS, or email systems.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit the platform or AI agents.
• Misrepresent health claims, income claims, or program results.

5. Health & Medical Disclaimer

The platform does not provide medical advice. All health, fitness, nutrition, or wellness content is for educational purposes only.

Users must consult qualified medical professionals before making health-related decisions.

6. AI & Automation Disclaimer

AI features provide suggestions, automation, and insights based on available data. AI outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.

Users remain fully responsible for decisions made using AI-generated content.

7. Payments, Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
• Failed payments may result in suspension of services.
• Taxes and transaction fees may apply.

8. Affiliate & Downline Programs

Participation in affiliate or downline programs is optional and subject to additional rules and commission structures.

Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on individual effort, compliance, and market conditions.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, AI models, workflows, content, trademarks, and designs belong to Cohtrix Empire International.

Users receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform.

10. Data Ownership

Users retain ownership of their data. By using the platform, you grant permission to process data solely for platform functionality.

11. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice if these Terms are violated.

12. Limitation of Liability

Funnelseye shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

Platform use is provided "as-is" and "as-available."

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cohtrix Empire International from claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the platform.

14. Modifications to Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without liability.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
