1. Return Eligibility
You can return products within 7 days of delivery if:
- Product is unused and in original packaging
- Product seal is intact and unbroken
- Product was damaged during shipping
- You received the wrong product
- Product is defective or not as described
For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. All sales are final once the product seal is broken.
2. How to Return
Simple 5-Step Return Process:
- Contact Us: Email or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery
- Provide Details: Order number, product name, reason for return
- Get Approval: We'll review and approve your return request
- Pack Securely: Use original packaging, include invoice
- Ship Back: Send to the return address we provide
3. Refund Process
Timeline:
- Refund processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item
- Refund credited to your original payment method
- Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days
Refund Amount:
- Full product price refunded
- Shipping charges: Non-refundable (unless product is defective/wrong item)
- Return shipping: Your responsibility (unless product is defective/wrong item)
For Damaged or Wrong Products:
We cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund including original shipping charges.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging
- We'll arrange free pickup from your address
- Choose between full refund or replacement
- No questions asked - we'll make it right!
5. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment:
- Cancel anytime within 24 hours of order placement
- Full refund with no cancellation charges
- Contact us via email, WhatsApp, or phone
After Shipment:
- Order cannot be cancelled once shipped
- You can refuse delivery and initiate a return
- Return policy will apply
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you want a different product:
- Return the original product for a refund
- Place a new order for the desired product
This ensures faster processing and gives you flexibility to choose any product.
7. Refund Methods
Prepaid Orders:
- Refunded to original payment method (Card/UPI/Net Banking/Wallet)
- Automatic processing - no bank details required
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
- Refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
- You'll need to provide: Bank account number, IFSC code, account holder name
8. Important Notes
- Products must be in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact
- Invoice/receipt must be included with the return
- Sale/promotional items can only be returned if defective
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence are not eligible for return
- Partial returns in combo packs are not accepted
